What are HR professionals doing in this crisis time?

OK, yesterday an interesting poll and today an even more interesting poll. Not for the sake of polls, but realy because I would like to know if the current market has given HR managers and professionals a different scene to work in. It is crisis left and right, on TV and in the news. With the amount of crisis information out there we would have thought to be hurting bad, since the recruitment market generally takes the first hit during hard times. We are still moving forward. Sure, we hear customers saying they are more careful. So are we. We don't want to be making unwise decisions that can hurt us later. In order to make sure we stay on top of things we have advised some of our customers to prepare for mobility management and outplacement activities. That may be necessary for more customers and prospects in the market So, in order to find out and know where the HR Market is moving to I have set up "an even more important poll". JobSeekers use Social Networks

If you did not know yet, wake up and smell the coffee! Social Networks realy made their breakthrough. In this interesting poll on LinkedIn it also shows as highest ranked job seeking media. Job boards are still close, but I expect the gap to become larger as the number of votes increase. Right now not many people have given their vote yet, so it would be interesting to follow. I will be sure to come back on it when there is some more feedback.
